Resolved, That the Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod in
convention assembled thank our gracious God for the faith-
fulness and evangelical diligence of Dr. Preus during his years
as President; and be it further

Resolved, That The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod
thank and commend Dr. Preus for the many positive con-
tributions he has made to our synodical life and assure him of
our continuing gratitude, prayers, and best wishes.
