WHEREAS, The Treasurer is to be an appointed officer and no
longer a voting member of the Board of Directors; therefore be
it

Resolved, That Constitution Art. XI, F, 1 and 2 be amended
to read:

Secretary, the Treasurer, one pastor, and three
laymen.

2. The members of the Board of Directors are the

incumbent the general management and supervision
of all the business affairs of the Synod.
